Today’s Workout

Perform no exercise twice in this No-Repeat class. Give every exercise your all knowing you only have to do it once! Expect a glorious mix of cardio and conditioning exercises to challenge you!

7 days, 7 workouts, 7 daily rules.
You’ve done today’s workout… now it’s time to focus on the rest of the Daily Rules!
Get up before 7-8am
Do your morning routine
Eat 3-5 portions of fruit + veg
Go for your daily walk
Drink 1-3 litres of water
Write down how your mind and body feel.
Challenge yourself to a 10-30 second cold shower
The idea is that we are kick starting our body and mind into routine by giving it our ALL for just 7 days! The daily rules (they’re fun rules don’t worry) will become habits that you’ll want to introduce into your life.
