Delivery for most of our products is £3.99 to all areas of the UK. Some items, such as yoga mats and weights are charged at a higher rate of £6.99. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days after purchase.
Please note: Items of clothing in sizes XL and 2XL will take 7-10 workings days for delivery as they are made to order.
International shipping is available for all products. Shipping cost will depend on the item and may vary according to market conditions. Any import duties which may be due on our products are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you would like to return your purchase you must do so within 14-days of receiving the goods. Before returning any item you must send a return notice to email@example.com with your order number, the products you are returning, and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of product defects. In this instance, the customer must pay for the return by 2nd class Royal Mail (or similar prices courier) and provide a delivery receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the product defect has been assessed a refund will be issued for the product and the shipping costs

If you would like to return the above items please observe the return procedure below: To return your product, you should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 – 10 working days. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
