Emily Solman is a content creator & Registered Nutritionist specialising in Eating Disorders. Throughout her studies she has learnt a lot about nutrition, metabolism and how important it is to fuel the body for many different reasons. Her love for food comes from her nan who often appears on her social media to show off her dance moves. Emily believes that food should ABSOLUTELY NOT be boring, it should be delicious, nutritious, colourful and FUN.

Her ethos and approach focuses on celebrating the incredible things that our bodies can DO, rather than how they look.

Becksy a professional dancer and your ultimate hype girl. With music driven workouts that are for all levels, challenging but most importantly just a good vibe her goal is for you to leave her sessions feeling fabulous, motivated and empowered. Becksy is your cardio dance, body pump and barre coach.


Your Boxing HIIT Coach

LJ is a top personal trainer and online coach, teaching in London's top boutique gyms, specialising in boxing and strength sessions for over 7 years. With a natural flair for the dramatic from her previous acting career, her energy and charisma will push you into those few extra reps and leave you wanting more. Music is in her blood and has a sharp ear for a beat that will take your workout to the next level. She only asks 3 things of you: turn up, challenge yourself and, most of all, ENJOY yourself.


Your Hypertrophy + Strength Coach

Wes is renowned trainer and gym owner who has worked with numerous athletes, celebrities and trained thousands of people over his 12 years in the industry. Wes is known for his straight talking, challenging, and motivating workouts that will build your strength. As you may know, Wes is Talilla's partner in crime and rumour has it that they MIGHT be doing partner workout very soon...


Your Strength & Power Coach

Fontaine has a multitude of skills but will be supporting Talilla as an instructor with a focus on coaching strength and power. Fontaine is now a mindset coach, athlete mentor and personal trainer. Fontaine has worked in some of London’s top gyms and studios, is a global ambassador for sweaty betty and an athlete mentor for the Dame Kelly Holmes.


Your Mindset Coach

Meet Olivia, our inclusive and transformational life coach that will help you take your mindset to the next level. With a relentless desire to help facilitate powerful growth journeys, Liv will teach you how to utilise your self awareness, and help you to connect with the most authentic ‘you’ there is. She will bring clarity, awareness and empowerment to your health and fitness journey and will also be available to serve as a 1 to 1 coach too.

Michaela Keeling

Your Mobility Coach

Michaela Keeling is a qualified L3 personal trainer, ex-gymnast and artistic gymnastics coach. Growing up as an elite gymnast, Michaela gained a passion for functional movement, she now specialises in mobility and movement mechanics. She has 13 years of coaching experience under her belt and spent 6 years studying exercise science at Exeter university. Michaela believes that every single person is so much stronger than they think and capable of so much more than they believe - both mentally and physically.



Korin is a trained dancer and has taught Pilates for over twenty years and opened her own studio ‘Power Pilates UK’ in 2014 in Beckenham. As a busy mum herself, she understands that time is usually the biggest hurdle for many when it comes to fitness. So, her aim is to create well rounded classes that cover pretty much everything you need from your matwork training. Her passion is to create strong bodies and minds with Dynamic Pilates.

Emily C Cohen

Your Yoga Instructor

Emily Cohen is your incredible Yoga instructor and the head of Yoga at one of London's top boutique gyms, Core Collective and has over 10 years of expertise within the industry and helping women across the world on their yoga journey. Emily's Yoga + flexibility programme will complement the HIIT + Strength training. Helping to increase our flexibility, mobility + recovery, her Vinyasa flows are amazing for the mind + body! Emily's classes are suitable for all levels, providing modifications to make the postures both accessible and challenging.



Chloe is a STOTT Pilates trained teacher. She’s combined her classical training with a more dynamic approach making her classes challenging but with lots of attention to correct body alignment. Her classeswill help you to get a stronger core whilst also gaining an appreciation of how your body works.

Meghan McFerran

Your Dance Coach

Meet Meghan, a professional dancer, NASM certified fitness trainer, nutrition coach and creator of CitySweat. Meghan trained as a dancer for 20 years and always used fitness to supplement her dancing. Whether you are dreaming of becoming a professional dancer or haven't got much rhythm and just love to have a boogie, Meghan will help you celebrate the best version of yourself in her sessions. Just bring a good attitude and enjoy the party!


Your Sleep Specialist

Stephanie is a world leading insomnia specialist, Consultant Sleep Physiologist and Director of Sleepyhead Clinic. Stephanie has also appeared on numerous sleep television programs including BBC, Channel 4 and Sky News. Stephanie draws from over 15 years' experience diagnosing and treating thousands of patients with a huge variety of sleep disorders. Using established, evidence based, scientific techniques, Stephanie will give you the facts in an easy going, non jargon way. She will help you to break down the myths, to learn and to apply the techniques to improve your sleep and ultimately your lifestyle.



Our in-house nutritionist provided expert nutritional advice and support to our members throughout 2020 & 2021. She is registered with the Association for Nutrition and works closely with brands, companies and individuals to help them implement smarter strategies for Nutrition. Her amazing nutritional content can all be found in the Nutrition section of our website and can be watched back on-demand. We highly recommend to check out some of her series if you haven't already!
